Hi everyone — Friday is my last day at Conduit.
I've been here three years, which is long enough to remember when the all-hands fit in one room and the deploy process was "Dan SSHs into production." I'm proud of what the platform team built this year. The migration to event-driven architecture was the hardest project I've worked on, and we shipped it without a single customer-facing outage. That was Priya, James, and me in a room for four months, and I'll remember it for a long time.
